"I am out walking frequently, even in the winter, because my dogs need exercise regardless of the weather! I brought my camera this day (January 30th, 2015) and was struck by the stark image of this fallen tree encased in the frozen shore of the Hudson River. This photo was taken from the shoreline trail at Scenic Hudson's Long Dock Park in Beacon, looking south down the River."
