Bald Eagle Soaring Over Ice

"There is very little in nature as inspiring as a Bald Eagle soaring above. I walk at the Ashokan Reservoir whenever I get the chance, not just for the beautiful scenery, but also for the thrill of seeing a Bald Eagle. There is no guarantee that I'll see one, so when I do it always stops me in my tracks. This beauty was dining on the ice and after being annoyed by a crow took off with the remainder of its meal. I will never forget this day, the beauty of that eagle against the many shades of blue of the frozen water will be with me forever."
