The 27th Annual Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival will be lifting off this week at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, New York, and we're giving away tickets to the festival, AND a hot-air balloon ride!
We'll be selecting a winner for the balloon ride after 5pm on Monday, July 2nd, and we'll be selecting at least FIVE winners of Family Four Packs of tickets to the festival after 5pm on Tuesday, July 3rd.
