Local Search
We want your website to get more attention. So, we're currently working on compiling a list of Hudson Valley-based websites to be indexed on a local search engine which will be featured on TheHudsonValley.com. We'll be accepting applications in the near future. Having your site listed is FREE!
Terms & Guidelines:
1. Site owners cannot pay to be listed on the local search engine, but in exchange, they must have a link to The Hudson Valley on their home page, to be considered.
2. The Hudson Valley loves almost everyone. As such, sites submitted for consideration must be generally tasteful, family-friendly, and not contain content that disparages, defames or otherwise has a negative attitude toward a particular person, group, place or ideology. Sites submitted should already be striving to be inclusive, rather than exclusive.
3. If you don't have a site yet, and are interested in creating one, we fully recommend starting out at HostGator.
4. Sites submitted may take up to two weeks to be included in the search engine.
